Family Day 2025, 2026 and 2027 in Palau
Palau has had a new holiday on its calendar since 2017 called Family Day. The purpose of the day is to give families extra time together to have fun, bond, and focus on what is really important in life.

Family day comes on every fourth Friday of November, which creates a four-day weekend since Thanksgiving Day is always on the fourth Thursday of November. Families are already together feasting for Thanksgiving dinner and thanking God for their family and all of life’s many blessings. Family Day extends this opportunity for family togetherness.
Many go shopping on Family Day. But they also may go to the beach, visit a local park, go picnicking, or just spend time together at home. On the Sunday of Family Day Weekend, churches are likely to focus the message on the institution of the family by God.
